Fourth Gen Flooring is a Family owned company serving the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City areas. Our owners are Addam and Isabel with our son Oliver. We’re determined to bring the best flooring materials and service to our local community. Doing our best to treat every customer as the neighbors they are. We never intend to grow beyond a single store as we believe we would lose the connection we have to the people closest to us.

Our store has been up and running for 5 years as the newest generation of the Peters construction family line and in that time we have helped almost a thousand fellow Iowan’s to beautify their homes with hardwood refinish, vinyl plank, carpet and tile. As a company our mission is to always treat our customers as if they lived across the street. We grew up in the country with proper Iowan values of helping our neighbors. When Derecho hit Addam spent several days off from work helping everyone within several blocks to cut down and remove down trees and although offered never accepted a time for his services.

Even if we won’t profit from it I believe in helping.
